With Design Assist, the Owner, Architect and Contractor team work together and hold each other responsible for their part to achieve a buildable project. The team meetings include engineers, vendors and subcontractors to expand the team’s expertise and work experience. The project is budgeted several times during design with the anticipation that the budget and final construction documents align. Contracts and amounts can be agreed to earlier and subcontractor selections can be made earlier to enhance the final stages of the design process.
