Their Project Manager was extremely knowledgeable and was able to save us a lot of money in value engineering our project. They were very organized, communicated well, and were on top of the project the entire way. Their Superintendent made sure the project stayed on track and was completed with excellent quality. We have invited many groups to tour our new office as we believe it is a true showplace thanks to Avenue’s attention to detail and professionalism.
