Challenge 

From the inception, the developer’s vision was to build a collection of upscale, luxurious townhomes in the heart of Germantown. The goal was to offer a truly unique product with elevated living spaces. Our team needed to be meticulous in the execution, ensuring each of the seven distinct floorplans was built precisely to the architect’s specifications. The construction itself presented a significant hurdle, as the limited lot space required us to build the staggered units in a phased approach.
