Our client intended to construct a quality apartment building in the Charlotte Pike Corridor. This area is quickly emerging as a highly-desirable location among busy professionals who want to live close to the city while enjoying access to top restaurants and shops. The building is conveniently situated close to the interstate entrance for easy commuting and offers several amenities to residents.

Approach

This boutique mixed-use apartment project in the Charlotte Pike Corridor of West Nashville will provide the area with 122 brand new apartment units. Residents can choose from studio, one or two bedroom apartments, with certain units offering a balcony overlooking the pool deck.

Other features of this development include 2 levels of covered parking, pool deck with shared outdoor grill space, a fitness studio, a pet spa, and a lounge room.

On either side of the lobby are two large retail spaces ready for build-out per the scope of each proprietor.

The façade of the building is monochromatic white and gray brick which gives a clean contemporary look.
