Our client approached us to construct a new office building to house their Nashville based office, with additional office space for lease to other partners in the Berry Hill neighborhood of Nashville. We partnered closely with this client from concept to completion to deliver a multitenant, Class A office building, keeping in mind the varying needs of future tenants.
This 36,000 sq. ft. build featured a steel and concrete frame to provide industrial stability while the brick and glass exterior provided the client with the Class A aesthetic and high-end charm they were seeking. We sought to make the building both functional for the client and their tenants, while also elevating its features. With its expansive indoor square footage, we also fulfilled the desire of the client to have additional outdoor space for meetings and gatherings with a rooftop lounge area.
This beautiful building is a Class A office building in the heart of Nashville’s Berry Hill area just minutes from downtown. Features include steel and concrete frame building with a rooftop lounge area. This was a new construction build for Berkshire-Hathaway’s new office.
