Branch Creek Business Center- Building I

Challenge

Branch Creek Office Park had an ongoing development plan that included several office buildings with a variety of tenant needs including real estate, restaurant, financial, non-profit, and medical institutions, located between Brentwood and Franklin. For the client, a change in the façade outcome was of importance, as well as accommodating various tenant improvements.

Approach

We decided upon a brick veneer for this first project in the development plan. Brick establishes durability while maintaining distinctive features for the long-term look and use of the structure. The building features 4 colors of Belden utility brick and Rockcast sills to create this 3 floor Class A office building. The first floor features retail height spaces, while the upper two floors offer tenants a variety of business configurations for their operations.
