Partnering with our client we set out to create a multi-use space for a vibrant community within a 55+ development in Mt. Juliet, TN. Drawing upon the aesthetic of the surrounding neighborhood, we desired to create an open-concept area for senior-living residents to host parties, classes, and community events.
With open pathways for mature adults of all abilities at its entrance, the Grooves Reserve Club House features outdoor patio seating in a garden-like setting. Upon entering the facility we created a living/dining space with vaulted ceilings and a farmhouse aesthetic, providing residents and their guests with a large space for entertaining, gathering and building community
