Challenge

The Mount Juliet area was lacking an offering of upscale modern townhomes, which is where the vision came in. Our clients wanted to develop a close-knit community of townhomes with various amenities for residents. Each of the 60 units will have one of 4 layouts with designer finishes, modern open living spaces and include a two-car garage. The property will offer a club house, dog park, and playground.

Approach

This 60-unit multi-family development was already underway when we came in as the general contractor. The buildings are in different phases of completion, which means each section has unique requirements in order to finish up.

UPDATE: Many of the units are in the final stages of punch and clean and will be ready for purchase soon.
