Challenge

The Mount Juliet area was lacking an offering of upscale modern townhomes, which is where the vision came in. Our clients wanted to develop a close-knit community of townhomes with various amenities for residents. Each of the 60 units will have one of 4 layouts with designer finishes, modern open living spaces and include a two-car garage. The property will offer a club house, dog park, and playground.

Approach

This 60-unit multi-family development was already underway when we came in as the general contractor. The buildings were in different phases of completion, which meant each section had unique requirements. Our team juggled the requirements to bring all phases to close-out.
