Delivered in partnership with KNGDM Group, this Jefferson Street development utilized extensive Value Engineering to navigate the unique challenge of two buildings separated by a privately owned parcel. The project features a 13,700-square-foot bank office building alongside a 45,400-square-foot multifamily residence complete with vibrant, street-facing retail. By maximizing the footprint of these non-adjacent lots, this strategic mix of professional and residential space serves as a cornerstone for growth in the surrounding community.
