Our client came to us with an idea of building a workforce housing product south of downtown Nashville that would be affordable yet provide great amenities and downtown proximity without the downtown price.
Seven at Seven Mile Creek
Approach
Seven at 7 Mile Creek in South Nashville features 129 newly constructed apartments that include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The building also offers a two-story common area, a gym with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a pet spa, a podcast room and a Tennessee Titans-themed resident lounge that opens to a rooftop terrace. The spacious lobby shows off a colorful Nashville mural by a local artist.
