The Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club wanted to expand their Golf Academy facility. This was to accommodate the growing number of golf students they are able to serve each year, in addition to expanding their tennis facilities. The project brought state-of-the-art golf technology into the expansion along with making the tennis facilities accessible year round.
Working with this client from the original idea of creating a golfing facility, we put together an initial budget and assisted in the vision of this project. Our team built out an addition, adding three new bays to the existing Country Club. This provided additional golf cart parking, space for refined recreation in a large open-concept clubhouse room, the installation of golf simulators in a heated space with the latest swing analysis technology and the finest amenities in the area. Construction also included the ability to transform the existing tennis courts with a dome making them versatile in all weather conditions and giving tennis players the ability to have continuous play with a 20-week indoor season in the winter. With this addition the Country Club can serve its members with world-class instruction year round.
