Approach

This busy retail area in North Nashville’s Madison was a prime spot to build a new shopping center. The retail spaces were built as white-box and now house a bank, pet hospital and a popular eatery. Our Gallatin Pike Retail space is a metal-frame structure with two-tone brick and composite ship lap exterior. A large parking lot provides plenty of space for the traffic generated by the visitors and clients.
