The Stratford project had an objective to construct an 8-unit townhome project in North Nashville. These units needed to include back patios, expertly designed finishes along with private parking lot.

Approach
Stratford row homes were a unique addition to this North Nashville neighborhood. This 8-townhome project was built to include an open kitchen and living room floor plan, two bedrooms with plenty of natural sunlight. Granite and wood countertops and designer fixtures add contemporary character, while the brick and hardy exterior façade are reminiscent of old world charm.
